Mission Statement
It is our mission to convince R.J. Reynolds, and eventually all tobacco companies
to move their ad dollars from youth oriented magazines to adult oriented
magazines.
Currently tobacco companies have several full and double page ads in Rolling Stone,
and Yahoo magazines. These magazines are geared toward america's youth.
We are not asking for new laws to be passed. We do not want to ban
smoking by those under 21.
All that we want is for R.J. Reynolds to move their ads. There are over
10,000 magazines to advertise in. They have many choices of where to
spend their ad dollars.
Our opinion is that their ads do not belong in Rolling Stone, or
Yahoo Internet Life.
